Professional Practice deadline pushed back
March 1, 2008
<p style=”font: normal normal normal 12px/normal Verdana; margin: 0px”>Hi all,
There has been a development on the Professional Practice assignment (Business Studies with Emma Marshman).
Interviews are now set to occur after Easter, roughly around the second week after coming back, although everyone will be given at least 4 days notice before that happens.
Professional Practice folder is expected to be handed in on the 10th of April now.
What should it contain:
- Evidence of presentations – Evaluation
- Research into copyright, produce a leaflet on it, explaining how copyright works.
- Research into company structures (sole trades, partnership, etc).
- Provide evidence of research for your Curriculum Vitae (CV) & Covering Letters.

Emma showed us a video by Larry Lessig on TED (http://www.ted.com), on copyright and intellectual property rights, etc. Interesting to watch.
