Designated to reorganise and productively manage the University of Glamorgan's customer feedback surveying, to achieve high customer input. Developed a sophisticated model which helped save cost on the production and output of the surveying, as well as enhance the efficiency and turnaround of the feedback.

Implemented a model for the University of Glamorgan’s courses, switching hardcopy distribution to a more versatile digital format, reducing production cost and allowing accessibility through different electronic media with the option for hardcopy when necessary.

As Customer Service Advisor devised new working initiatives for staff by creating guidelines and templates which accelerated the decision-making process for customer support service in the University of Glamorgan, increasing query turnaround and allowing staff to take on more tasks.
